My Story

I've been on the bus my whole life.

These days I'm a full-time nomad, living in my RV, still following the road. Because I decided that my reality was going to be lived in the days between. Not someday. Now.

Jamband Junction was born from an epiphany — and honestly, from stubbornness. I'd been saying I was going to do this for 30 years. Put the lyrics into design. Give the music a visual life. Finally do the thing. And one day I realized I didn't want to be the statistic that ended with "I wish I hadn't waited."

So I didn't wait.

Many of my designs are lyric-driven. Intentionally. Because here's what I know after 35 years of living inside this music: the lyrics don't change. But we do. A line that meant one thing at 23 hits completely differently at 55. The same song. The same words. A whole different life lived in between.

That's the journey. That's what I want these designs to be part of — not just a shirt, a hoodie, or a trucker hat. A moment. A memory. A lyric that meant something to you then, and means something different now. Something that hits you in the chest when you least expect it.

I'm Allison — a lover of jambands, a nomad, a fan. I made these designs for me, for you, for us. And I'm just getting started — I know there are so many songs, so many bands, so many lyrics that haven't found their way here yet. This is a work in progress, just like the rest of us.
