At Jamband Junction, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.


🪩 Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order. We are not able to offer replacements or refunds for sizing or style preference issues once a product is printed.


💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement at no cost or a full refund, depending on the situation.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@jambandjunction.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the claim falls outside the stated policy period or is unsupported by documentation.
