🎨 Are these official band products?

Nope. Everything here is original art, created by the two of us and inspired by the music, lyrics, and scenes we’ve lived and loved for decades.

We’re just a couple of wanderlusting heads who came of age wandering Shakedown. We found our rhythm trading tapes, chasing setlists, and dancing deep into the night.

Jamband Junction is our love letter to that life — and to the community that keeps the music going, night after night, show after show.

🚫 Why don’t you use band-specific names, logos, or iconography like Steal Your Face or Dancing Bears?

We love that iconography too — it helped shape who we are. But artwork like the Steal Your Face skull, Dancing Bears, and official band names or logos are trademarked, and we respect that.

Everything we create is inspired by the spirit, culture, and lyrics of the scene — not by protected names or branding. It’s a fine line, and we do our best to walk it with care, creativity, and kindness. Always.

🧵 What kind of products do you sell?

We create lyric-inspired, Shakedown-style apparel rooted in the music and culture of bands like the Grateful Dead, Phish, Widespread Panic, Goose, Billy Strings, and beyond.

Right now, we offer graphic tees (both unisex and women’s cut) and trucker hats — with more apparel on the way soon.

📦 How long does shipping take?

All of our items are made to order. Our print-on-demand model lets us offer more designs without overproducing — so you get more choices, and we generate less waste.

Please allow:
• 2–7 business days for production
• 3–7 business days for shipping (U.S. orders; international may take longer)

You'll get tracking info as soon as your item ships — and from there, it’s just a short trip to your doorstep.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do. If something’s not right, we’ll help make it right.

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Email us at hello@jambandjunction.com to start a return

Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we’ve got you covered.

📮 What if my package is lost or delayed?

Send us an email and we’ll take it from there. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down — and if it’s truly gone, we’ll get a replacement headed your way.

We want you to get your gear — no matter what.

🧼 How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your shirt looking good from lot to living room:

• Wash inside out with cold water
• Use a mild detergent
• Hang to dry or tumble dry low

Treat it with love and it’ll last you from tour to tour.
